HUBUNGAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA ORGANISASI DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN

Abstract


The organizational climate in an educational institution is how a school principal creates a conducive work climate to support an effective and efficient learning process. The high cost of education is a problem and an issue that affects the climate in educational institutions. The existence of a link between organizational climate and effectiveness has implications for directed management and achieving organizational goals. It involves a variety of functions, including providing direction by detailing the state that the organization desires and must achieve. In order to achieve effectiveness, serious attention needs to be paid to the factors that influence the organization. The factors that influence the organization must receive serious attention if effectiveness is to be achieved. The importance of organizational climate is closely related to performance, where dimensions such as job satisfaction, recognition through rewards, responsibility, standards of work implementation, and leadership have a significant impact. These factors are key in forming a work environment that supports organizational effectiveness
