The existence of a link between organizational climate and effectiveness has implications for directed management and achieving organizational goals. It involves a variety of functions, including providing direction by detailing the state that the organization desires and must achieve. In order to achieve effectiveness, serious attention needs to be paid to the factors that influence the organization.
